FAQs
Are your diamonds conflict-free?
Yes. All of our natural diamonds are responsibly sourced and conflict-free, adhering to the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme.
We work exclusively with partners who follow fair-trade principles, ensuring artisans are fairly compensated and treated with dignity and respect.
What gold do you use?
All 1867 pieces are crafted in solid 14k gold.
We choose 14k because it is made to be lived in β strong enough for daily wear, with a rich, warm tone that feels luxurious without being overly soft.
With gold prices at an all-time high, we prefer to invest in the quality and grade of our natural diamonds.
Where can we see the pieces?
Viewings can be made by appointment only, to visit our base in Cottesloe. Here, you can explore the collection in person or discuss bespoke pieces directly with us.
Appointments are available on Tuesday and Friday of most weeks.
Do you have a repair & warranty policy?
Your 1867 piece is guaranteed for one year against manufacturing faults. After this period, we are happy to arrange repairs at cost.
Is all the stock online?
Each collection is released in limited numbers. We offer a single drop each month.
Once a style is sold out, it may return in a future drop but availability can not be guaranteed.
How can we receive our item?
We ship within Australia via Aus Post (registered, express, 2-5 business days). Alternatively, pieces can be collected from Cottesloe.
Once delivery is confirmed, responsibility passes to the client.

Earrings may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
